Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be in their original condition, with all tags intact, and free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• DCS11 reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if a defect, misuse, or change in condition is found.

Return Shipping

• Free return shipping is provided for all approved returns.

Restocking Fee

• A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
