  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,499.

  • For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling charge.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or special locations may require additional delivery time.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

4. International Shipping

  • Yes, we do ship internationally.

  • International shipping charges and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays & Responsibility

  • While we partner with reliable courier services, DCS11 is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In case of failed or returned deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
